We never want to see you unhappy with our cloth, so if you are having problems reach out first and we will try everything possible to resolve your issue. We understand sometimes the cloth are just not what you were expecting and are more than happy to get the cloth back and provide a refund, provided that the goods have not been used. 

As we pass on the shipping cost to our customers, it is your responsibility to ship the goods back to us, and once received we will refund the order amount back to you.
